Returns & Exchanges Timeframe: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase or delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.
Custom Orders: Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable. *monogrammed items can not be returned
Online Returns: Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and the appropriate return shipping address. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
In-Store Returns: Items purchased online or in-store may be returned at our store location within 30 days. Please bring the item, your receipt or order confirmation, and a valid ID. In-store staff can assist with refunds, exchanges, or store credit, depending on your preference and item eligibility.
Refunds: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of return processing.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake or defect. We recommend a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked items.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at within 7 days of delivery. We’ll offer a prompt replacement, repair, or refund.
